The enlargement of production plant in Fiorenzuola d’Arda assures more flexibility and timeliness on production systems proposed by FPS.

FPS STILL LOOKS AHEAD

FPS Food and Pharma Systems, a leader company in design, manufacture and installation of Fine Size Reduction machines for micronizing and Containment Solutions (for Sterile and/or Highly Potent API), discloses the beginning of the plant’s enlargement in Fiorenzuola d’Arda.

The new fabricate will allow an important improvement in the production process management and a significant increase in production capacity.

The new area, adjacent to the current facility, is composed of approximately 3000 m2 covered and 3000 m2uncovered; it will be mainly dedicated to the assembly and testing of our systems, while another area will be dedicated to the assembly execution and storage of mock-up. An equipped cafeteria and a training classroom, where on 2017 will be held some technical workshops, will also be available soon.

The venue was recently enlarged and modernized (offices area and R&D test center), both in its structure and spaces, redesigned to adapt to the company’s needs growing steadily.

“It’s been a few months since the inauguration of the new area dedicated to the R&D and Test Center but, the steady development, has made necessary to plan, in few time, new works programed with foresight and carried out with determination in order to strengthen the logistics structure” declares Carlo Corsini – Vice President and Technical Manager.

“With the increase of production capacity of the site of Fiorenzuola d’Arda Plant, FPS renews its commitment to the improvement and development of micronization and fine grinding systems as well as containment solutions,” said the President, Eng. Giovanni Gianola. “We are proud of Italian excellence; we can confirm the current employment level and to show to our territory the new factory, which will allow us to be even more competitive for the benefit of our customers.”
