How will I receive confirmation of my place?
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing the date, venue and contact number and email address for further queries concerning the event. Please note we do not send out tickets, registration takes place on the morning of the 1st day of the conference.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made via credit card, cheque and BACS
If you wish to be invoiced or raise a Pro Forma invoice, please call us on +44 (0) 1959 563311 or include full invoice details with your completed booking form.
When should I pay for the conference?
Payment must be received prior to the conference.
When will I receive my conference material?
Your Documentation pack including CD-ROM and on the day agenda (which consists of professionally printed documents, including speaker presentations) will be distributed by post within 10 days of the close of the conference. If you are not attending the conference but have purchased the documentation, this will be dispatched only AFTER payment has been received and shortly after the close of the conference.
When can I purchase the conference material?
You can order event documentation before or after the conference.
What is contained in the conference material?
The documentation typically contains the on-the-day agenda and delegate list. Speaker presentation slides from the speakers who have provided this are included on the accompanying CD-ROM.
Are meals included?
Yes, the event fee includes refreshment breaks, lunch and depending on the event, a drinks reception will also be included. Check the agenda for timings of refreshment breaks.
There are NO hidden extras.
Special requirements
If you have any special requirements and/or dietary restrictions that you’d like us to address, please do let us know upon registration.
How can I get to the venue?

What about accommodation?
Travel and accommodation are not included. However, in most instances we will have secured a preferential rate at the conference venue. Please visit our Venue page for full details
What should I wear?
The dress code is business casual.
Delegate cancellations
Cancelling a conference registration:
All cancellations will be subject to a 25% administration fee. Cancellations must be made in writing. No refund will be made for cancellations less than 28 days prior to the conference date. Any substitutions must be made in writing no less than 14 days prior to the event. If the event is postponed, cancelled or changed, Russell Publishing Ltd is not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance. Force majeure conditions apply.
Can I receive a copy of a delegate list?
We do not release delegate lists pre or post conference.
How do I unsubscribe from receiving conference notifications?
To unsubscribe from receiving Russell Publishing emails, send an email to lgrimsley@russellpublishing.com.
