Edinburgh Instruments are pleased to announce that we have been accepted to the Scottish Business Pledge, as part of its ongoing commitment to delivering fairness and equality in the work place.
The Scottish Business Pledge is a values-led partnership between the Scottish Government and business. It is a shared ambition of boosting productivity, competitiveness, sustainable employment, and workforce engagement and development.
Edinburgh Instruments pays all employees at least the Living Wage and has no employees on zero hours’ contracts. We support workforce engagement through flexible working policies and are actively engaging the workforce in business decisions and operational innovation through product development plans.
