Yusen Logistics UK launches direct own consolidation services from UK to China

Yusen Logistics UK (YLUK) has launched a direct ‘Less than Container Load’ (LCL) own consolidation service from Southampton, UK to Shanghai, China.

The new service, which is now up and running, expands YLUK’s existing own direct LCL services, already delivering consolidated shipments via three lanes from Southampton to Kobe, Nagoya and Tokyo in Japan. The new service is a direct response to increasing demands for high-frequency, small-volume transportation – mainly driven by the growth of the automotive parts industry.
