Stacey Ramsey (Charles River Laboratories)
Stacey Ramsey, MSc. is a microbiologist with more than 20 years of experience in QC pharmaceutical microbiology. Originally from Wichita, KS, Stacey completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Wichita State and Friend University, respectively. Stacey worked for the generics and contract pharmaceutical manufacturing company, Hospira, where she worked first-hand in environmental monitoring, drug product testing, endotoxin testing, and process and method development and validation. Stacey relocated to the Southeastern US, where she also worked in contract laboratory testing, focusing on scale-up and late-phase clinical products. Stacey currently works for Charles River Laboratories, specializing in developing and validating rapid sterility and alternative microbial methods.
