Visitors to Booth 763 will have the opportunity to see for themselves how the company’s state-of-the-art systems enable encapsulation of single cells in microfluidic droplets, allowing rapid analysis of thousands, or even millions, of individual cells and their biological products.
Dolomite Bio will be showcasing the groundbreaking µEncapsulator System, a high throughput platform designed specifically to meet the needs of research biologists, offering simple, straightforward encapsulation of single cells, DNA and/or functionalised beads in high precision, identically-sized picoliter droplets. This user-friendly system is ideal for characterisation of natively paired T cell receptors, isolation of monoclonal antibody coding sequences from blood samples, droplet generation for FACS-sorting libraries and encapsulation of cells in gel microbeads. Also on display will be the Single Cell RNA-Seq System for efficient, high throughput single cell transcriptomics. This compact, scalable system enables rapid, reproducible droplet encapsulation of individual cells, allowing up to 6,000 single cell libraries to be generated in one 15-minute run.
