Overview

AdvantaPure® manufactures high purity flexible tubing and hose, molded tubing manifolds and filling assemblies, and BioClosure® container closures for Single-Use pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical processing. AdvantaPure is ISO 9001:2015 certified and manufactures fluid flow solutions that meet USP Class VI, FDA, ISO, and EP standards. Full BPOG standardized extractables test protocol has been completed on many products.

The company manufactures platinum-cured AdvantaSil® silicone tubing and reinforced hose. Unreinforced tubing styles include ultra low temperature, high pressure, and low spallation, as well as standard platinum-cured silicone tubing. Braid reinforced, double braid reinforced, and wire reinforced silicone hose is available. Multi-layer process hoses, sanitary fittings, custom hose assemblies, and hose identification solutions are also offered.

AdvantaPure produces weldable and sealable AdvantaFlex® biopharmaceutical grade TPE tubing. Ideal for Single-Use media and viral sampling and for storage bag applications, AdvantaFlex is available as molded connections and BioClosure container sealing systems. It can be aseptically sealed in seconds and welded directly to biobag containers.

AdvantaPass® is the company’s clean room wall pass-through technology. AdvantaPass is a patented system that permits the aseptic transfer of fluids between walls of pharmaceutical manufacturing suites. It’s the first system of its kind to offer complete isolation between different classes of clean rooms when transferring multiple lines of fluid through a single stainless steel pass-through wall portal.

AdvantaPure is a landfill-free, employee-owned company based in Southampton, Pennsylvania, USA. Most of its products are manufactured using solar power. The company offers a range of engineering capabilities, such as project management, applications engineering, tooling design and development, prototyping, and product testing. A recent plant expansion increased clean room manufacturing capacity and warehousing space.
